Dinner Time with IRIE LEMON

Lebanese Cooking

If you’ve ever wished you could have a personal chef teach you how to make your favorite ethnic food or that you could be on a cooking show, then we have exciting news for you.

You can!

On Wednesday, March 24 at 5:30 pm ET Liz Della Croce of The Lemon Bowl and Vince McIntosh of Irie Kitchen (aka Irie Lemon) are hosting a live virtual cooking class!

They will be showing us how to make 3 simple and easy authentic Lebanese recipes. Throughout the class, Liz and Vince will provide step-by-step live instruction and answer any questions that arise. These recipes are family-friendly (Liz’s kids love them!) and the class is for all levels so no need for experience in the kitchen.

We’ll provide you with a full grocery shopping list in advance so you can have all the ingredients available to cook right along with Liz and Vince.

If you’re curious whether Vince can keep up with Liz in the kitchen, then join us Wednesday night March 24 for fun and laughs while cooking a delicious, healthy, ethnic dinner for your family.

How do these live dinner events work?

Liz and Vince will be cooking live on Zoom and giving you step-by-step instructions on how to prepare the meal. You can ask questions and they’ll answer live and give tips on substitutions, kitchen hacks, and good laughs.

Do I have to buy additional tickets for other people attending the class out of my home?

No! Only one ticket required per household which means your spouse and kiddos can join in on the fun for free!

Where should I buy these ingredients?

You’ll be able to find all of the ingredients at your local grocery store. We’ll provide you with a full grocery list beforehand.

What If I messed something up? Can I ask questions?

Well, first of all, you won’t mess anything up because these are easy recipes. Plus, Liz and Vince are awesome teachers. But you can absolutely ask questions and we can help you along the way. No stress!

I’m not a chef. Will I be able to make this recipe?

YES! You do not need to be a chef to make these recipes. You just need the ingredients and some wifi.

This recipe was amazing and I want to make it again. Is there a place where I can get the recipe?

You can find these Lebanese recipes at thelemonbowl.com in addition to other incredible recipes from Liz’s childhood.
